I saw this and hoped IOS update was coming!

Since the spring event is coming to a close, there probably will be an ios update. Don't they update after two events and put two events side by side?

Good guess but nope!

It is a Blu Win HD. They make budget to mid-range androids. Very unusual for me as an American to have Dual SIM as they are not common here. Had to get a dual SIM for a personal line and a family line.

That would seem most logical, I have no idea why we got the update before the event has ended. Nevertheless, the Spring Logo still pops up on the loading screen.
