iOS unable to send gifts

if i am sent a gift i can send the gift it has suggested
however if i try to send a gift by clicking gift then i cannot send, it says i have sent all 20, even though it tells me i can send more

anyone else see this

Yes, that's been happening since a number of updates ago. It doesn't always happen - sometimes if you wait til shortly before reset it goes back to normal. If you visit your neighbor's city, you can send a gift from there It's a real pain, and doubles the time you are spending gifting.

I'm Android user and if I play while the game reset my gifts don't reset. In my case I have to turn off the game at 20:59h and restart at 21:01h to be sure my gifts reset and I can send another round to neighbors.
