1. Our goal is completing tasks to level up and get the mutual bonus
2. We only want active members who show seriousness and intent in completing the tasks.
3. Don't worry, if u see non-contributors in the group.Performances are tracked and recorded to analyze non-participators.
4. There's no point in keeping consistently inactive members and keeping them would be against the interest of other active members. As an alliance policy, inactive members will be removed.
5.However members will be allowed certain cushion period before removal. Task difficulty and past performance will be considered while deciding the cushion period to be given to members.
