Android Subscription Problems

I've just had to submit another support request to GI. My Gold subscription has disappeared .. this must be the third time in as many months. Anyone else have this problem? I'm getting pretty tired of it now. Why make us pay for something that doesn't work properly? If they don't resolve this satisfactorily, I'm going to cancel my gold sub and I won't spend another penny on AC.

I don't know. I think the bank purchases in the game use another server, and my bank can't buy it long ago.
Because I can buy gift cards supported by Google Market.

I can't even buy Silver or Gold subscription. It takes my money, but then it says it didn't go through and I get my money back in couple of days. Other Purchases go through without a problem.
