Tier1 or level1 response time, for the most part is quick, but what with the ever-ongoing issues around this game that I've noticed over the last two years I've been playing, the DEVELOPERS of the game itself, really need to either have the updates Beta tested by players such as myself; to provide the feedback they need, to improve upon the game, or Beta test the game themselves.
People who develop online multiplayer games; the companies often fail later down the road, as A: their aren't enough powerful servers to handle the load, or simply put, the background checks/ experience some developers have, just is not enough to deal with such a massive amount of game play. Many developers, come from work backgrounds, where they developed offline games. Plain and simple, the game is created, tested and on the market, possibly with a few patches or updates in the future; but an online game, takes a whole lot more experience level to develop, and to troubleshoot, keeping the users content, and the creators of the game, well compensated.
I wrote programming, back when writing programs were in the early stages of computers, and it requires a whole lot of skill. Even with a game like Airport city, which is a simple basic concept, each user perceives it differently.
