Windows screen tearing

in the current update there is a screen tearing on windows 10 the game doesn't run smoothly and there is a lag in the game.

Don't have tearing or main screen issues... but some of the sub windows are missing images.

1 of 3 locations has an image - not bad...

Guys on windows
check your display resolution make it the maximum.
Check if your VGA card if need update.
If your VGA card build in the mother board check the latest update for your mother board.
I dont have this issue with any accounts in windows but i think something not match.
Last thing if you notes when you start your game its loading and install is same time maybe some files dosent work go back to M stor download and update check the game is completely download it and click run the game from there.
Contact Gi support send them screenshot and lets us know whats happen.

Hi,

I have found that the game loads as full screen by default.
I then change this to run in a window and all is fine.
Don't know why though !!

problems with the screen, floats, does not save the quest data, the server is floundering, past quests were no problems
