Windows Receive gifts glitch/bug?

Hello!

The last couple of days a few of my neighbours have sent me items needed for buildings. They told me what they did send. However, when I check the gifts, it is displayed as Passenger (5).
Is this a known issue? Is my level too low?
The items are Projector, Defroster and Server Rack.
