I can't figure how changing languages and/or times is going to fix my game; 1 out of 5 that will not work.
Is GI support even hiring those who have experience in computers? If I run a troubleshooter on my computer, it tends to repair all versions of the same game, although there are different users for each of the 5 games. Therefore if I change the system language for 1 game, not only will the other 4 games change languages, but most of my apps and other files might also be in Chinese, Russian, Polish, or other.
And I thought also that changing Language and/or time gives cause for Time Travelers and Cheaters pop-up.
If I lose that particular game it's not a big deal as it was for support, and didn't carry 20X Fuel anyhow.
But telling a player to alter language and/or time just doesn't seem right.
