iOS Problems with owl airplanes, anyone have an idea?

[Patjeag70]

Hello everyone!!
Has anyone found a solution to the problem where my entire storage is filled with "owl planes" that I can't remove?
I haven't played for nearly a year and a half
I assumed it would be fixed by now, but it isn't.
This is really poor, especially since it makes the game run very slowly and sometimes causes it to crash!! Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance, Patrick.

Have you not contacted GI's technical support？

Hi, well, they’ve been saying for a year and a half that they’re working on it, but nothing ever happens!!
So, I’m trying to use this channel to find other people who are dealing with the same issue,
and who might have managed to find a solution!!

Sulef and I suffered an accidental intrusion into our game account once, luckily the technical support solved it.
However, Sulef has now left this game and doesn't know which game to play

Yes, but that is something completely different, I've been waiting for a solution for a year and a half and still nothing!!
