when I turn a launch into private, will it kick everyone inside or it will simply not letting more to enter?

No, and I will make a launch private as part of my routine with launches. The way I do it is:
1) I put some points and attempt to find an assistant while the launch is private.
2) If I find a willing assistant, I will make the launch public so they can join.
3) I will make the launch private until they are able to help secure my seat and theirs if they wish.
4) I make the launch public and MAYBE announce the launch here. I put the emphasis on MAYBE because sometimes, someone else will jump in and add enough point to launch the rocket.
What you see from my posts on "Space Launches" only scratches the surface of what goes on with me.
