Android Population is down to 0 after update

All,

I am playing AC as second&third account on VMs (BlueStacks & Andy). After the new release mid of Feb the max population went down to 0. Also launching new games and accounts have the same result with a population 0 and also reduced passenger numbers.

Anyone of you knows a virtualization solution that is still working?

I had same problem. Try to sell cheapest building and you should get your population back. Worked for me

It looks like the new expansions and buildings are now showing when visiting neighbors. I like your expansion @Deetee04

Well, @Tob , i am your neighbour AJ and i am facing same problem in my second game which is on bluestacks.For me it happens when i visit any neighbour and comes back home. But after upgrading town hall , population becomes normal.
