I don't if it's a bug but it's must be a glitch.
Once in a while my iOS neighbours that have minimal two words in their ingame name (have 1 or 2 space between the ingame name) change the space into plus sign (+).
Example: Benjamin Thomas changes to Benjamin+Thomas
It's not an always situation.
I don't know what trigger it or the implication of it (eg. like the lost gift)
I still can visit the city but I'm not certain about the gifts.
