Am at level 32 with control tower and terminal at level 4. Have 6 hangers and 6 planes but can only utilise 5 planes. What do I need to do?

A note of caution:
If you fly a plane and it breaks down, it will not be repaired if your Repair Base is not up to the Level required.
Before upgrading the Repair Base, make sure that you have the items needed to upgrade the repair base (check the airport city wikia page). While upgrading your Repair Base, all planes that breaks down will not be repaired and will be idle until you have collected all items required.
It is therefore recommended that before purchasing a plane, your Repair Base has been upgraded to handle that plane.

- What is your highest runway level status?
