monthly bonus issue

ive just got the final ups collectable item for the electrical substation.
but the sub station is not showing in my warehouse
also not showing a mystery bonus building pack in packs tab

am i missing something or has it just gone all pete tong on me

Hi,

It looks like you have completed the "Power Reserve" collection before. I had a similar thing when I was first playing I managed to get some of the collection items from somewhere else before I completed the 25 day bonus. Currently I have 1 power bank and 1 UPS. They don't drop from flights or anything, so the only thing I can think of is whilst this is active the items drop from the workaholic set or something similar. Do you have a substation in your city already, as by the looks of it you have completed the collection once so should have 1 substation somewhere, either in your city or in the warehouse.

i might have sold it by accident when moving and making space

ill keep building up the workaholic packs

I did look through those packs and can't see it on there, so you might be out of luck

I have the same.

Today's daily - UPS (screen 1)
As you can see, the other items have been ticked.

On checking the collection...the UPS isn't recognised.

I'm wondering if the discrepancy is due to a random from a small collections chest?

That said, today was also day 25, so it dropped the mystery building. Does this run concurrently with the Power Reserve collection, or is it causing a conflict?
