Suddenly found an issue. I've lost all 350+ neighbors, lost level 6 alliance and found new friend code too.
What happened?? Anyone facing this issue ever?

New code: same city, no alliance

So your old city is still somewhere in the server. Perhaps you should contact GI support (see link at the bottom of this or any forum page) and explain the situation.

Same happened to me last Friday. Opened a ticket, but no progress on solving this from GI.

Happened to me when I switched from phone to tablet...I moved alliance anyway but my old account is still in my old alliance 🤷🏻‍♂️
