Windows Lost my game

What you did as i read that you copy files from your account and same file you want to pasted in the new account that you created in other tablet this wrong.
If you want to move your current or main game you should contact GI first and tell them that you want to move your game for another device they will tell you the step as i remember:
First create account in the new tablet start playing send them the friend code that time they will remove your old files to the new account with new code.

My game went to a black screen during game play. Does anyone know how to fix this. It welcomes me back but stays a black screen
