Launch fuel suggestion

I’d like to see a facility where we could combine/split launch fuel.
E.g.; Turn 3 Large Fuel Tanks into 1 Main Stabilizer.
Turn 9 large fuel tanks into 1 explosive bolt.
And vice versa.

Came up with this idea a year or two ago. We need to get rid of all this solid rocket fuel and make cosmic fuel stations useful again
