Two computers, side by side, both neighbors obviously..
If one player has a space launch opportunity, how does the other join it?

If neighbors, the non-launching neighbor would show it after entered same launch platform (e.g. Red, Blue, or Green). Else use the invite option within launch\send neighbor request.

As above, but also note the ‘room’ refreshes with something like a 1 minute interval.
