iPadOS In IOS not getting fuel into warehouse

Hello don’t know if anyone else has this problem but when ever I get fuel as a gift never goes into warehouse ? Warehouse house not full (100) so have asked AC and really not much help ?

Have you checked your fuel bar ? All gifts of fuel go there.

Fuel received from Launches etc got to the warehouse.
