Yes I explained the situation and I showed them the proof, and after talking to them 3 times, they offered me a "bonus" of 10 airport cash. They said it was "not possible" to reimburse me further. So i can say bye bye to the 3 platinum chests i would have won. Oh and by the way, I am a paying customer. So this was extremely disappointing customer service.
I had about 35,000 keys that was lost.
