General How to gift geiger, F20,...?

I see people sent me geiger, F20 and some other fancy items. But I never see them in my gift list... Any idea why I cannot gift people these? I am already lvl 55. Even if there are some gifts that I cannot send, I still can see them locked. But I never see geiger (with current event) F20 (always)...

You will have either geiger counter, plasma clot, or air magnometre. The 3rd is a useless thing to gift as they drop from guest planes often. If you don't gave f20, then you have pax instead.
