How to build a building with special items (Hotel, etc)

If you get the assignment to build a building or to visit a building and you don't have the building, DO NOT visit the neighboring building. Check the flights, if you see new items on a flight, they are probably for the building. If you visit the building of a neighbor, there is a chance the items will disappear from the flight and you can't build the building. (The game thinks, as you can visit it, you must have build it, you will not need the items anymore).
I know a lot of items are giftable, but not all....

In my case I got the assignment to visit a hotel (Soccer-challenge). From that time until I visited a neighboring hotel I could fly to Cyprus for the hotel items.
Other buildings are: Soccer-stadium, travel agency, ....

For the future: If, with an update, I have to visit a hotel, I will first check my flights to see if I can fly for shampoo (Iphone/Ipad) or Bracelets (Android) before I visit the hotel of a Neighbor.

As we have a new challenge I put it on here earlier than I was meant to (still have to test a few things) as there is a change we need to visit a hotel
