I Want To Do A Factory Reset On My Computer But I Can't Because The Game Does Not Give Me The Link To Continue Where I Am At. Also I Do Not Get The Daily Chest And When I Go To Gift My Neighbors It Kicks Me Out Of The Game And I Have To Start It Over. Also I Did Contact With Support But They Said I Will Be Blocked From Asking Questions. But If They Stopped Sending Me Feedback I Would Have Stopped Telling Them About My Issues. Also Where Do I Go To Get Alliance Members?

If your game is freezing and/or crashing, make a note of your support ID which you will find in the settings tab. Uninstall your game. make sure you have no planes in the air and no open support tickets first. Then re-install the game. Play it to L3 then contact support and ask them to map your old game to your new game. Supply them with the support IDs for both games.
