Help, what to expand next

Chloe2 is stuck. So with the land sale on now, should I expand the airport side or the city side. I don't have enough greenies to expand both.

Things to consider
- I only earn about 30000/day playing constantly
- I have about 250000 right now so would be at least 5 days before I could even upgrade my launch pad to level 3
- I have space for 1 more hangar but haven't upgraded my tower yet to support a 7th hangar. I have enough money though.

I would suggest expanding on the residential side, because it is more flexible.
You can move Fuel Station & Catering facility & Solar Panels to residential side if you need space for Hangars on airport side.

However, Red Launch Pad is important because it is a good source of coins & fuel (especially if you take part in QL launches), so that should be your priority. If it is too difficult for you to re-arrange your layout, then just buy land on airport side. You can always reduce number of Car Dealerships if you need to build something else on residential side.

Never worry about QL contribution, you can join my launches whenever you want and take any positions. I would be happy to launch since I only do it for fuel and tokens.
And regarding expansion, expand city side and don't fly to normal destinations,save fuel and fly to adventure destinations, make buildings, keep them in warehouse, wait for casino etc, buy it and expand to take your city to next level. Till then only do red launches and don't waste fuel by flying to normal destinations. I still have to get 3 star in turboprop destinations on AJ2 as I never fly Normal till I am done with special destinations.

You only fly the excavation flights until you 3 star them?
Really? A bit extreme isn't it? I'm assuming it is to collect the Bronze & Golden Chests?

No I keep flying till I get 6 of buildings and bit more if possible. I do fly there for token's. Takes me 200-300 flight's to be able to make 6 of each buildings.

I agree, these buildings are really useful for all sorts of things, coins, s3 planes, collections. Oh and a cool airport that shows you wasted years of your life...I mean tried really hard.

And @kirsty , please visit planetarium instead of turf house etc. That will beneficial for you.

Visit planetariums, which drop lots of items.
The Infrared Telescope & Lunar Rover collection gives you 2000 coins each, which will help you collect coins for your Red Launch pad.
Save your coins for the Red Launch Pad, don't build unnecessary buildings.

OK guys, since I don't have a red launch pad yet, do you still suggest I expand the city side rather than the airport side?

I don't have enough greenies to buy two pieces of land - I would need 3 more. I would love to put in a red launch pad but no matter how I move things around I can't make it work - not without taking out commercial buildings to move all electricity to the city side.

Thanks so much for the advice. I bought a city square, moved some power and now I have space for red launch pad, Level 6 runway and a few commercial buildings
