Game reloads after certain free videos and the reward is lost.
It usually happens after/during videos for the game "Fastlane". It's a weird video because it has a short video of 10 or 15 seconds followed by 20 or 30 seconds of trial gameplay to get trought before the reward is given. Some time before the trial gameplay finish, the screen goes black and the game reloads (AC loading screen). The reward is not given, but the access to free videos is gone for a few minutes. It started happening during the irish event.
