Windows Game not reset

Hi,
My account Husam not reset its show that i visit my neighbors and i send all gifts i dont how this happen and other account work fine.
Is there a chance that my game return back to normal after few hours and send gifts and visit ?
Or I have to wait for next reset ? or open a ticket ?
My apologize to my neighbors that i cannot send today gifts.
