Game has been stuck on the splash screen at the "loading" animation for 2 days.
We had relatives staying for Christmas and I thought this was because I had been displaced from my usual spot near the main router due to the room becoming a guest bedroom and was having to connect to a slower range extender, and that I would just have to suck it up and catch up with the event after they had gone.
But it turns out it wasn't!
I'm now back in my usual spot, router and laptop both restarted and I still can't load the game.
**Update: Support team are sorting it out for me**
