Windows Game crashes with new version 7.20.17

several times there is error in the new version of the game 7.20.17
I have faced the problem of "heavy Traffic" 🤪🤪

Did you reset the game from app setting ? should be work.
If you did that then contact Gi support.

We'll @Husam, if you reset app airport city, it will save your progress and you have the choice:
Level 1 or go back to your progress.

No it doesn't go back to level 1 this reset the game only and start again with same progress.
Always we advice windows players to have a backup of the game because if you ask Gi to restore your game from the server that time you lost some progress like some coins and buildings under contractions and planes if they are flying.
When you want to ask Gi support to restore your game dont do anything in your game if there is issues stop playing send Gi ask for restore but this will take a day or more.
If the game go back to level 1 after reset then the game have a problem.
