Last few days I'm trying to contact G! support with no success.Both from official site and from game.

Whenever I need to contact GI I use this email address :-

Game Insight Support Team = support@game-insight.com

I have always had a reasonable response.

I'm trying to get an answer from them as to why my videos reduce from 10 per day to 2 per day, for seven days, after I make a purchase at the bank.

Its gone all quiet...….

I'm not talking about their response,i just can't contact them.From their official site when i fill the "form" and press send either i get an error message or the page loading for like 5 minutes and nothing gets through.
