New to the game, and currently my city is capped at 42 fuel. How can I increase this limit?

New to the game, and currently my city is capped at 42 fuel. How can I increase this limit?

there are the following ways to increase the fuel limit:

1. by leveling up

2. Buying the small oil refinery increases by 15 units (Cost: 50,000 coins) and large oil refinery increases by 25 units (Cost: 10 greenins)

note: I recommend that you put your resources aside before buying the 2 oil refineries and by doing so you save time and resources.

3. you can use bonuses that increase the fuel limit.
