Cosmic fuel stations

I suggest the cosmic fuel stations drop all launch items, commensurate with the drop rate of the launch ready boxes.
Currently these fuel stations are pretty pointless as every player has way more solid fuel than they will ever be able to use.
The change would entice players to spend greens on upgrading the production capabilities of these buildings, benefiting G!.

Alternatively change the time required for solid fuel, to say, 2 minutes or so.

Pretty much the only benefit of cosmic fuel stations is for your neighbors to visit. Good drop rates for visits.
