iOS Can't purchase premium class pass for the event

Hey there, I wanted to purchase the premium class pass but failed. I clicked the button but nothing happened. Noticed that usually there would be a number with dollar sign next to the buy button, but this time there isn't one. I don't know if this is the reason. Any suggestions?

Plus a few things:
  • I didn't get the weekend bank sale
  • I have internet connection
  • Noticed wrong currency code in bank, my account is in Canada, but the currency in the bank is CNY
  • I can't purchase anything in the bank
    • saying This feature is currently unavailable
    • see attachment

Something is way off. Have you already tried visiting madlen airborn and 'restore game resources' option under settings?

Probably best to open support ticket with GI.
