Anybody else not getting fuel like me?

Many times I have noticed I am not getting fuel. Today I used the barrel thing that gave me double fuel storage. So I should be max out at 240. I got busy today and could not get on for 5 hours. When I came back to play I had 20 fuel. This has happened to me many times.

I notice that too.
From my experienced it occur to my game after I skip the dino dog intro.

Now when I got on it says my fuel is 0/1
