Antenna for MCC3

I want to send and receive antenna for upgrading MCC3.
However, there's no antenna in my gift list.

Should I finish all space side quest?
(Next quest is to build cosmic fuel station)

As far as I know, the Antennae are completely gated by a quest. Most people just use their daily videos to complete it. You can neither send nor receive unless you are on that quest.

I can confirm what @Junior Sis says.
I had the same issue 2 months ago. Wanted to build it, but couldn't gift or receive the antennas.
Had to be in the correct quest from docter klandau. And even if you are in that quest, you need neighbor also being in that quest to be able to gift back to you.
So unless you have absolutely no hurry, and prepared to wait for many months, just use your daily videos to get those antennas.

Also, it seems that you can get them from flights to Houston. Again, this is only while you are on the appropriate quest and the droprate is abyssmal.
