It seems that recently, the Kindle Fire has caused multiple crashes when you click the visit button. I read on another forum that it happens occasionally when you hit the maximum number of requests and neighbors, which I just did. I hope that they will correct that soon.
On another note, I commented on the Game Insight Instagram about how the passengers not needed on the guest airplanes, and they said that they would look into the situation.
