Android All token disapeared

Good morning my friends
After about 18 month playing and finding nice friends like you, because of disapearing my tokens for 2 times after updating the game and asuming me by GI support as a time traveller, game cheater or anything like these; instead of helping me to restore tokens, I really disappointed and if they continue such impolite and unappropriate response until 5 next days, I have to say GOODBYE to all of you and this full of bugs game. I attached my complains and their responses.

I heard a lot of succesful story about the returning of their lost tokens.
Keep trying !
Especially if you have buy things from GI I think it would help.

Sending mail and writing to GI guys worked.all tokens returned and me either.
So here we go.
