iOS All neighbors lost

Just a few minutes ago when I opened the game, all the neighbors were lost.
Is there any explanation why this happens. I'm really dissapointed.

I did try this morning to play to game on my ipad, but it did not show the full progress I had on my iPhone, so I turned it off and continued on my iPhone.

You cant play one game on 2 machines. Its the quickest way to be banned. Decide which one is for your main game and delete the game off the other. Nothing to stop you starting a second game on the other machine but not using the same game info
