The game is making me start over. After purchasing so many city bucks, this is not ok. Can I get my game restored or get refunded?

yes, you need to file a ticket with GI and then they can restore the game but be prepared to wait a while restore can take any where from 2 weeks to several months depending on what caused your game to crash.

We have members here who have been waiting now for over 2 moths for a restore code.

They do not give out refunds.

For anyone having this happen to them, my game just got restored from a crash back to the tutorial... It took about a week dealing with the GIS yahoos, but it worked eventually...
