iOS Adding Neighbor Error

Seems I can’t add any neighbors for a few days now and keep getting this error code on IOS trying on both cellular and wifi networks. Is the server down or something else? Anyone know how to fix this problem?

I havent gotten any new neighbors for weeks! My requests go through, but noone seems to be accepting my requests
