Accidently Sold Travel Agency

I accidently sold my travel agency. I have started the 12 hour wait period for the construction to be complete again, does this mean I have to get all the required items again or will the building just complete since I already had the items before. I looked at my items list in the warehouse section and all the items for the travel agency disappeared.

Once a building is completed, the items required to complete it are gone. If you sell the building, you need to build another, then gather the items necessary to complete it ... again. I found this out when I accidentally sold a Skating Rink.
