I´m not sure but I think the launch available for anyone. At moment I'm in a launch with @Fatdaz @Alicewind @CKYoon and my support game (iOS updated).
Issues
In my support game when I active the preparation launch but didn't find anyone on the pad. I need to visit a neighbor (used visited my main game) and when return I find my main game on the pad to join in.
In my main game, sometimes, after landed the spaceship I tap on red pad and open the launch window without open the preparation launch window and I can't join or start a new launch. I always restart the game to work properly. Note: It´s not happened always.
