That text is exactly the same they replied to every ticket, it is a copy/paste. I specifically asked when the next update will be released and they still don't have an esitmate on when.

I received the usual BS replies from this Yana too but so far haven't received this "clean your wish list" Russian joke :confused:. They have so few support reps, I have dealt with every name they came up with for all the tickets I have opened in the past. All of them were useless, as always...

I would NOT suggest anybody to keep trying to open your airport once your game crashed and your airport cannot be opened anymore (crash immediately at the first loading page). I suspect it would cause more damage if you keep trying to open your airport and you would lose your whole game...

Mali: I won't be able to accept your request as I cannot open the game any more due to the problem with this new update, it has happened to many of us, and the number continue growing, hopefully GI will release a new update soon.
