There are drops coming from both neighbor buildings as well as the ghosts/wraiths. I visited a few neighbors last night and got items for the various collections There are only about 4 threads around the ghosts not converting to wraiths already.

The Whisper Collection from the vaults the has been pretty hard to get the last day or two. I don’t think I’ve seen a single drop in my last 50vault visits

I used one this morning along with a Sky Captain and had a pretty noticeable increase in drops. A lot were slabs but I also did finish about 6 collections needed for the event.

I think the drops are just really seldom. I think I need 10 items from that collection to finish the quest but I have no idea if I’ll get there. I did at least get a few items earlier
