This is the answer. :) I also have 6 Bank Branches and 6 Collection Agencies, making collecting coins every day much simpler. Also, by this time we've accumulated the best, most coin producing buildings.

I don't find collecting those items daunting. I can chip away at them when I have gaps in my normal flying. I'm looking at Giants right now, and each flight is really three. One to Caracas to get an RDF, one to Helsinki to get an Attitude Indicator, and then finally to the actual destination...
