You need to contact GI support. They will have a copy of your old game on the server, and as long as your new game has been played to level 3 they can restore your progress, and you should also get your old game ID back. Good luck my friend.

It worked a treat when I was first playing, but then aC would crash regularly, and GI took a week to respond, so was a necessary evil! Nowadays, GI are far faster so will revert to using support.

Agree. I restored a windows issue from back up and it hasn't properly worked. But GI are sorting for me. Over recent issues the people you deal with are excellent, but the technical bit behind them is slower.

When our games were hacked a couple of weeks ago, the alliance was reset, but they told us alliance missions could only be reset on the next reset day. So I am not expecting anything until Sunday night/Monday morning as usual, sorry!!

Yup, Knight Fliers missions haven't reset either. Also the chat function has stopped working!!!!
