Mine take 3 hours. Somebody mentioned somewhere here on the forum that they were using vintage weathervane, and it actually increased the time of the flight. Don't know if you're using VW, but it might have something to do with it.

Same thing happened to me. I think I read somewhere that with the new update, the launch timer starts for everyone when the rocket is first launched.
