Well this is pure conjecture, but he could be going through the top100 alliances on the leaderboard adding everyone to try and make a new alliance to shroud his activities. That’s what I would do anyway.

This for me too. I found that without purchasing, I was getting up to 10 videos per day, but I could only spend up to five on each thing...so had to spread it between pax buildings, F20s, item drops etc. Assuming thats deliberate programming and not an error on my end, it's quite clever
