    Thanks guys, I don't know if I have ever backed up my game, only bonus is at the moment I can see the city from my phone game so I know which buildings etc I have. Will keep you informed. Please don't send gifts to Benjamin Thomas as I can't return at present :(:banghead:

    Major sense of humour failure, opened my iPad game to find a basic level 1 game!! Re boot to find same, have opened a ticket via my phone game. Any one else have this experience? Am not Happy Helen :(
