Thanks for your replies! I see this thread started in early July, so that was way before the most recent 1.99.06 update, but I just got it since yesterday. Not sure what triggered it. I will open another ticket against GI and see what they say.

I just got this bug yesterday, it seems everybody else got this much earlier, so it appears completely random, am on the Voyage quest now. Did anybody get a solution from GI? Or are you still having this issue? It seems when I returned to my airport and do the force close and open the game...
