Updated both of my games, the visiting neighbor issue is still there, cannot visit any neighbors, not sure how this event can be completed without the ability to visit neighbors, especially for the people who play this event the first time.

Hmmm, okay, I am not sure about what conditions would show the "send in return" button after the new update. It used to be that as long as you reached the game level that opens up the new building (or building level) to be built, you would have the "send in return" button for the building items...

You don't need to return the Safety Cone, you can just return whatever you have, that's all I am asking, any level 2 items.
